Summarized Bio Thus Far: This mare was born in the middle of a stormy night the last day of Orangemoon. Lightnings and thunder ruled the sky, and her mother - Greyskie - had problems with the delivery of her daughter. Greyskie had lost a lot of blood when Dell was born, and she didn't recover very well. She survived, but only for a short while. Dell was a weak foal, but the herd helped her - since they were forced to do it by her father. Treand, her father, had been the leader of the herd for a long time and they hated him. Dislike is a word too nice to describe it. Treand couldn't let both his mare and offspring die, and decided early in Dell's life that she would be the next leader. As she grew up, the young stallions in the herd mocked her and made fun of her markings - white stripes that looked like lightnings.
They got yelled out by her father afterwards of course - but they continued. And when Dell reached the age of 1, she got raped multiple times by both young and old stallions when her father didn't see or hear. She soon enough reached the age of 4 years old and even after all the rapes she'd been through she wasn't pregnant. She laughed at the stallions, and took out her revenge by fighting them. Since she was raised to be a leader, Treand had taught her a few things about fighting which ended up being useful. When she was 5, she had already killed one or two stallions and seriously injured a bunch of other morons. Her father tried not to care about it since she was just another mare that happened to be his daughter and a princess. At the age of 5 and a half years old, she ran away. When the other herd members slept through the night she escaped the damned valley and lived on her own. She barely made the journey away from the so-called home, but got strong by wandering alone and fighting to survive. When she was 6 years old, she made it to Helovia. In the Threshold – the gate to this land – she met three stunning personalities. Xira who was a green roan pegasus, Mauja who was a white spotted unicorn of Frost and Sierra, a blue roan pegasus with white wings. She followed Mauja to his home because Xira scared her a bit with her unusual appearance.
On the way to the Edge of the World – as Mauja called it – she met another unicorn named Leyra. She was a mare too and Dell found a little spark of friendship in her. Well there, they met the Phantom of the Edge named Faelene. Delinne found friendship in her too and they started to work together when Delinne called for the job at the herd meeting. She soon found that others had something called “magic”, and she decided to try and quest for it since she wanted something to destroy her father with if he ever came after her. But the strange Gods of Helovia rejected her and refused to answer her call, so she gave up. Delinne wandered back to her home and not so long after that, she heard voices from a place called Thistle Meadow and found Mauja – her newfound King – and a mare named Ophelia who had a coat of pure snow. Their meeting didn’t last for very long because of the fact that the mare Harlequin as she had called herself had interrupted their little chat. The lightning mare wandered home again, but dragged herself back to the Meadow for some peace and quiet a few days later. She had a hard time doing her job right, since everyone was stealing members from their herd. At the Meadow, she met two stunning horses. A unicorn called Paladin and an equine who went by the name of Lace, an equine she started to have feelings for rather quick considering her story. They walked in different directions after a nerv wrecking talk, but Delinne once again dragged herself to the Meadow and met Lace again. Her interest for the equine got bigger and she started to have a crush on him, even though he didn’t exactly show the same interest.
Delinne and Lace walked to their homes after their talk and not so long afterwards her whole world collapses. Other herds invaded her home, wounded her beloved herd members and stole the Edge from them. Delinne fought as good as she could, but she wasn’t strong enough. Nowadays, she has a scar on her left side as a memory from Paladin – the stallion she fought against in the battle. She also turns 7 years old a few days after the battle. Full of hate, sorrow and regret, she walks to the Veins of the Gods to try for magic once again, but she fails. Delinne thinks of another thing she has seen with others – a companion, an animal who walked by their side wherever they went. She tried to ask for one of those instead, and got answer from the Earth God who she now respects deeply because of his kindness. The mare received a quest from him and went out in Helovia as an outcast – separated from her herd – to find the answers to her quest. Her quest to receive a black jaguar as her friend. On her way north in Helovia, she meets a stallion she has never seen before on the frozen, snow-coated Meadow. They talk and she finds out that his name is Valentine and that he knows her King, Mauja. She also gets the news that he’s gone and that nobody knows where he is.
Delinne walks on – devastated from the news about her King – and finds herself in the Heavenly Fields, a place she had never heard of before. She meets the mare Mandrake there and quickly realizes that she’s the one she’s looking for. The terrifying talk ends quickly and Delinne gets out of there faster than ever before, more excited than before because she has a clue but also deeply terrified. She continues her wandering to the Foothills where she meets Archibald – Mandrake’s son. He gives her very little information about what she needs and she gets out of there quickly too as he scares her. After the meeting with the big stallion, she walks to the Meadow – which isn’t as frozen and snow-coated as before – and takes a break from everything. Hunting down the targets of her quest is hard, but she has to do it to find out the true nature of her companion. That was her quest after all.
But the break doesn’t last long as stallions had come to the Meadow as well because of her Birdsong-scent. She meets Valentine again, and two others named Knox and Azzaron. She talks for a while and sees Knox leave, while both Azzaron and Valentine stays to keep her company. But she soon leaves too and meets up with Azzaron in the Deep Forest – the place where she would receive her companion once her quest was done. She fell apart within, and told Azzaron everything about her and her life. He comforts her and tells her three words that she had never heard from anyone except from her mother before she died, which makes her uncomfortable. But she relaxes quickly and finds deep interest in the palomino pegasus. As she wanders on after the meeting with the pegasus, she meets Zamoro, a stallion who didn’t have much influence on her. They talked, but that was it.
Bored and longing after Azzaron, she wanders to the Meadow again and finds someone she had missed deeply. Her King. They talk and she finds out that they don’t accept pegasi in the place he ruled now, which makes Delinne uncertain. Should she keep Azzaron or not? Mauja made her thoughts go wild, and after she walked away she had a tough time recovering mentally before meeting up with Azzaron in the Secret Grove. They shared a special moment – her first good experience of adulthood – and she got pregnant, which she didn’t find out until long afterwards. In hope of finishing her quest, she wanders to the Threshold again and meets a stunning character named Casimir. He’s blind and had gotten stuck in some bad thorn bushes, which she saved him from with the help of her horn. She found out everything about Mandrake – and her quest is over. Delinne falls asleep shortly after her meeting with Casimir and wakes up in a cave in the herd land Windtossed Foothills, only to discover that she’s been stolen.
She wakes up and finds that a mare named Insanity had stolen her, and also meets a friendly equine stallion named Argetlam who wins her trust. She comes to know him better the second day of being a prisoner, and is also told that her swollen stomach means that she’s pregnant – which turns her whole world upside down after not being able to get pregnant for her whole life. She chats with the equine for a while, but she watched him leave pretty quick after their talk. After that, only Insanity came to see her once a while, and weeks – even months – passed. She got bigger and bigger for each week and eventually she was ready to burst. But one morning, she woke up to see Azzaron in her prison cave to save her. He lured her out of the cave where they met Ailith, a mare who assumed that Azz and Delinne were mother and son, which made her pissed off and accidentally she told both Azzaron and Ailith that she was pregnant. Insanity soon came to the scene and let her go rather quick.
A week afterwards Delinne and Azzaron had arrived at the Thistle Meadow. It was early morning and the sun was still rising to the sky when Delinne felt something was wrong. She was going to give birth. As she was a first-timer, she was scared but soon found her instincts as the mare she was. Azzaron, on the other hand, freaked out during the whole process. Dell gave birth to a wondrous little filly, whom she named Destry. She was a little black filly with beautiful red constellation-markings on her dark wings and rump. The little family was ever so happy - until Mauja and Psyche came along the scene. They lied to Delinne about Azzaron's past - they told her that he had done the exact thing before; Been with a mare and pretended to love her only to have a foal - and only a little while later she actually left him. She took her newborn Destry and followed Mauja and Psyche to the Aurora Basin, the new herd land for the Ex-Edge members.
Here's where the depression begun to take it's course.
Depressed with only Destry in her life, she wanders around endlessly with absolutely nothing to do. She had no high rank, no job, nothing... And it only got worse when Azzaron came to visit in the Basin. He surprised both mother and daughter, but as Mauja and his owl were always watching; Nothing got pass their gaze. Only a few minutes after Azzaron's arrival, they showed up and brought two others with them; Crowley and Descaro. The heartbreaking talk didn't last long and Azzaron soon flew off, leaving Delinne even more depressed together with her little filly. She wander around for a while after that, broken-hearted with tears in her eyes most of the time, and soon sees someone she had hoped to see never ever again. Her father. It showed that he had been accepted into the Basin as a soldier, and as she was his daughter, she challenged him for a fight. Though it ended rather quickly with no winner.
Delinne runs off and tries desperately to forget her father's appearance in the Basin, when she stumbles upon Deimos and Azzaron. He had taken her lover as his prisoner, which of course pissed her off. She got chased away and wandered off, alone once again but with new hope as her lover was in the same herd land now. One or two weeks later, Mauja called for her via Irma - his owl. He introduced her to a little blind colt named Druid, whom he wanted her to be a surrogate mom for. Of course she accepted, but when Leyra came to the scene she got a little responsibility as well. Unluckily, the colt disappeared and Delinne hasn't seen him since. Months later, in Frostfall, the lightning mare decides that she's had enough of the Basin and calls for both Azzaron and Mauja - and apparently a unicorn named Ulrik who came without an invitation. She faced Mauja with harsh words and a notification about her leaving with Azzaron and Destry, but was given the reply that she would leave alone. This, she did - heartbroken once again. She ran out of the Basin and met Castiel on the way, a chestnut paint who kindly talked to her. She advised him not to continue into the Basin, for there were evil and racism all over the place. Their talk didn't last for long, and she walked for months across Helovia to reach the Deep Forest, where she meets Azzaron again, finding out that he has escaped! They had a long talk... that soon ended up in the making of a new baby. This was the night Delinne got pregnant with her second foal. A few days later, she wanders deeper into the Deep Forest and finds a young jaguar cub, her beautiful companion. She names her Dezba, 'desired', and takes her with her. Months later, she finds herself by the heart of Helovia, the eternally burning pit of fire. She's pregnant with a swollen belly, and she has another serious talk with Azzaron. They need to find a home, but where? Together the couple agrees on trying to join the World's Edge. The mare wandered back to the Deep Forest to nap together with her new companion, but doesn't get much sleep before she's awakened by a young mare named Harmony. They become friends, the equine and the unicorn, and they leave each other in peace.
Delinne and Azzaron together with Dezba journeys to the World's Edge to ask for a home, when the unicorn mare goes into labor. She's troubled and it took several hours to birth the foal. Meanwhile, drakes appeared and started attacking them, eagerly trying to grab the jaguar and hopefully slit the stomach of the mare and take the foal. But Azzaron was there to help, and together with a mare who came out of nowhere, they fought off the drakes and scared them away just before Delinne had gotten out the foal. It was a colt, a little buckskin unicorn with golden face and mismatched eyes. His name became Azarel, Azarel the Silverflame as he wore flames upon his shoulder and thigh. Not long after the birth, a golden dragon - later known as Mirage the DragonHeart - came to the clearing. Her sister Rishima shows up not long after, and together they welcome Delinne, Dezba and Azarel into the World's Edge. Azzaron however, needs to clean up a mess he had made with Kri the Resolute - leader of the Dragon's Throat. If he doesn't succeed by the end of Tallsun Year 3, the family have to move again. A few weeks later, Delinne takes her new son to the Thistle Meadow to calm down and watches the sun rise to erase the eternal night. It was special in many ways, but one reason was because Delinne also met an old friend of hers. Lace with his dragon Fajira. They met and talked, and the mare felt the friendship bond tie itself again between them. The mare's son wanders off while Delinne goes to the Deep Forest again, where she finds Circuta - the mare who had aided her and Azzaron on her son's birthday. They meet and talk, and later on explore the strange decorated forest together. And one thing is sure, Delinne found a new friend in that mare.
One adventure later, she walks to her new home again to pick up her son - who apparently brought a youngling home - and went back to the meadow to just calm down again. Azarel needed to learn about this world, so the mare took him out as much as possible. Well there, they had almost fallen asleep when Destry disturbs them. She had managed to walk outside the Basin's borders, and Delinne cries of happiness for this fact. They reunite, Delinne and her foals, and Destry also gets to meet her mother's new companion. The fun doesn't last long though, and after leaving her son with the herd, she journeys all across Helovia to the Dragon's Throat, where Azzaron should be.

Personality: Attitude: The ideal mare, maybe. She's kind to everyone who's kind to her, she's loyal and respectful to those who deserve it. Dell almost never have a problem with showing who she loves and who she hates, but this doesn't mean that she can't deceive you. She has a very hot temper and can rage at anyone if they upset her.
